I was offered an upgrade package after I was constantly told to rip out my lift. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, thousands of dollars saved, would highly recommend.
Our apartment complex had a recent “upgrade” of the motor system as it was “too old”. It didn’t have problems before. After the upgrade, it breaks down every day. The lift door doesn’t open, it goes to the wrong floor, goes up and down non stop for at least 3 minutes up and down 5 floors. what the hell ! It has been serviced many times since the upgrade. I left a message with the Link Lift 24/7 phone number on a Saturday, by Tuesday evening, I still hear nothing.
Beware! Link were contracted to service the lift in our building, we have just discovered our lift has not been properly serviced or maintained to a safe standard in years. Emergency call outs went unanswered and apparently the business address is an empty building
Andrew was an absolute champion, very professional company, got the job done, no hassles, straight up honestly, Andrew was a life saver!
