I had a great experience with Link Audiology, they listened and worked with me, they listened to my concerns, I had a cochlear implant installed 12/24 with Proliance Ent, the surgery and everything went great until the adjustments, Link Audiology is my second audiologist to see regarding my implant, recommend by MED EL, makers of implant, I highly recommend them they actually care...
MY wife has been seeing Dr. Burch at LINK Audiology in University Place. She had cochlear implant surgery in December and has been getting adjustments and instructions on her implant. Dr. Burch is very knowledgeable and patient. The entire process has been much smoother and more successful than we anticipated and much of it we attribute to Dr. Burch's skills. I highly recommend
