Link NoDa has been a wonderful place to live. I am new to Charlotte and it is in prime location. I am able to walk to the light rail as well as a lot of fun bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The staff is so kind and helpful. My apartment is clean and spacious and the common areas are kept in immaculate condition. I have enjoyed the amenities and resident events as well. As many others have stated, the staff including Kristine and Justin are extremely rude once you have signed your lease. They will pretend to be polite until you are contractually obligated. They will also happily lie about the amenities (such as "free" parking for guests) in order to trick people to signing up. Just skip on this one, it's not worth the hassle.
