We love Link Noda! My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year (having been some of the first ones to sign leases for the new complex). While the complex is super nice, the primary reason we just signed for a second year is the staff. Every team member (front office and maintenance) knows you and goes out of their way to make sure all of your needs are addressed effectively. Excellent community in an excellent location. I've been at Link for about a year now, and when my partner and I decided to move in together, staying here was an easy decision (one that has been facilitated by a helpful office staff). Maintenance has been easy to contact and quick to respond at any point that I've had issues. Firstly, I have never had an issue with the staff. They are kind, welcoming, and have helped accommodate when they can. We had a huge fire that affected the parking garage severely, the team responded fast. However, the building itself has issues. When we first moved in our AC didn’t work, hot water wasn’t working, and our tub broke. The apartments are very nice. I toured when they first opened. The floor plans are very thought out and they utilized the space well. The amenities are nice. Most apartments in NODA are nice. The only ones I don't recommend is Mercury Noda or ANY GRAYSTAR property. Make sure you do your research and ask who Manages the Property because they are being sued for unethical business practice and assure you they are truly unethical.
