I want to give a huge shout out to the crew at Link Noda 36 to Justin, Kristine, Shana. Mecha, Ty and Molina they are all FABULOUS!!! Best place to live in Noda!!!
dog poop here. dog poop there. god dang dog poop everywhere! literally cannot go 5 feet without a dog poop on the ground. Maintenance folks are nice.
I’ve lived here since close to when the building opened and I would say I did used to love living here but ultimately I can’t wait to move out. The staff are really great & friendly and maintenance does a good job coming to fix things. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are great. On the other hand, the people above me make noise nonstop it’s actually ridiculous. The parking garage gate is constantly broken and i’ve had to park in the gravel lot a lot due to it not opening (which we pay $100 a month for this park... read more
We moved in a couple of months ago. And Link Apts is a hidden gem. There are so many amenities not to mention how close it is to the CATS rail and buses. Few minute walk to downtown NoDa. Would definitely recommend.
Link NoDa has been a wonderful place to live. I am new to Charlotte and it is in prime location. I am able to walk to the light rail as well as a lot of fun bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The staff is so kind and helpful. My apartment is clean and spacious and the common areas are kept in immaculate condition. I have enjoyed the amenities and resident events as well.
