Love the people that work here! Always so kind and helpful! Especially Humberto! I had an issue dropping something in the parking garage and he so graciously helped me retrieve the item! Something that could have been lost forever was retrieved in less than an hour.
Humberto is the absolute best! He is one of the kindest service technicians I’ve ever met. He was patient and professional. You can tell he truly cares about his work and about the people he’s helping. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Humberto!
My experience so far has been excellent. Hassan has been incredibly hospitable and always responsive. Sandra shows great leadership and genuine customer care, making every interaction positive. Andrew, the maintenance lead, is outstanding and ensures everything is handled quickly and thoroughly. I moved in around May and getting the apartment was a breeze thanks to the very knowledgeable property management. I elected to take the self guided tour and loved this property from the roof top grill to the patio. I’m not a gym person but the gym looked nice and tidy. They are also pet friendly and have an area for fur babies! The property is kept in great condition by the cleaning staff. I moved in a few weeks ago, and in that time I have been totally assured that it was the right decision. Hassan is an absolute delight, both incredibly friendly and helpful. It really hit me when I saw him greet one of the other tenants by name that he cared a lot about his job, and throughout the application process he continued to live up to that impression, being quick to respond and answer any questions I've had.
