I engaged this firm to act in the best interests of my business. During our working relationship, they entered into business arrangements with an individual who was actively litigating against me. This was not disclosed at the time and was only addressed after I raised the issue myself. In my view, transparency and proactive disclosure are fundamental in any professional advisory relationship. 1 year of poor service with non expert team, total money waste for personal and especially for the company taxes, thousands of unnecessary taxes paid, wrong monthly reports, annual lodgements, BAS, advice for assets, advice for restructure, advice for CGT, charging subscriptions and extras then refunding if you catch them, really insane experience.
