I vacated a commercial warehouse at the end of March. As of now, four months have passed, and I have not received the return of my security deposit. Please, stay away from this company. Don’t ever lease anything from these people. It is a very unpleasant experience.
We rent from Link Logistics in Greensboro, NC. Link Logistics bought out the company we signed our lease with in 2019. Highwoods Property Group took excellent care of us, if there was an issue it was handled that day! Link Logistics went months without mowing our lawn, we hired someone else to mow the property because is was embarrassing to have clients come to our office.
