Very unprofessional front desk. Not only did they misschedule my appointment causing me to miss a day of work (and didn't even tell me until 30 minutes prior), they mischarged me $25 by not properly reviewing my insurance. Also, the physician did not seem especially interested in health concerns that I brought up. It felt like I was running down a checklist of questions to get patients in and out as fast as possible. Going forward, I will be looking for a different health provider.
I had annual visit with Dr Thomas today. I discussed with Doctor regarding my nausea associated with my migraine and requested to prescribe nausea medication, she refused to prescribed due to side effects and recommended to use OTC nausea medication. I don't have any problems that make this medication contraindicated for me. I have used the medication in past without any complications. Very disappointed. I will definitely change my PCP and don't recommend this place for anyone.
