My dad is a patient here. The office staff (not sure if they’re short staff or the staff just don’t care to do anything) they are nonresponsive. Unable to get anyone on the phone for anything at all. This is the worst doctor office everrrrr!!! I don’t recommend them, do not come here if you care about your health because you probably care more than they would!
Be careful, the promises that they said, NEVER Kept unless what you need, they can collect money from providing you that services. Unsure the promise they said to patients but businesses to businesses like home healthcare services needed is very bad. They always Delay and Delay and Kept the requests that home healthcare service paperwork needed waiting and waiting. It could be up to more than a month even countless time you left voicemail and spoke with person whatever position that person is.

Dr.Linh Nguyen and his wife Dr. Thuy are great doctors. They really care about their patients. They are very nice and really thorough when they explain everything. The wait time is not long. It upsets me that some of these comments are giving one star when it should be five stars. Oh and by the way. There office has not been in Garland for years. It has been in a beautiful Dallas office .
