painful experience. got an infill and while she was filing away my old polish burned my natural nails. applied acrylic right next to my cuticle to the point that they are now glued together. went back to ask for a fix and she seemed annoyed but reluctantly filed some back. still terrible quality for $50. also chipped polish after only 1 day

Went here today to get a shellac manicure and 5 minutes in I got up and walked out. The young girl that started doing my nails did not know what she was doing. She started filling the old shallec off and was using a huge file taking so much off my nail it was burning me, she couldn't get the tool to even work...she could not understand English and had no idea what I was saying when I kept saying it's burning...I just couldn't sit there any longer so I got up and walked out and went to my usual nail salon.
