New patient of Dr. Chen - from time of arrival, very short wait; Dr. Chen and her assistants were very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
Dr.Chen is very personable, she asks numerous questions and listens closely to my answers. Dr.Chen explains her concerns and any upcoming tests or procedures.
Dr. Chin & her staff are extremely diligent. If I miss an appt. They call me to find out why & to get me resched.
