This company takes advantage of people with language barriers. Went in to the store because I heard of this company on the radio. They were having a deal for a translator and accessory bundle. They told me the accessory was out of stock and that they would be able to ship it to me once they got it back in. So I made the purchase. A week went by and I had to call them because nobody had contacted me yet. Still no tracking number or anything and they kept telling me to call back. I also wanted to add that their translator does not work without wi-fi or some other form of internet access. And all of their "free" apps are monthly subscriptions. Such a rip-off and scam. I don't know how these guys have a business with such bad customer service and useless products.

No return policy makes you think. Poor quality ,1980's type of dictionaries which can't translate basics .

Poor quality dictionaries .No wonder they have a no return policy . You can't even return their product withing 7 days .I bought one for my Russian speaking student ,it turned out the dictionary wasn't even translating basic words . DON'T GO THERE - IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME

Im a English teacher and must say I love Lingvobit and their products .The stuff is friendly knowledgeable and very patient ,especially .Dictionaries are great and very helpful .I had a question about my dictionary ,they answered my question even after month of purchase ! I would recommend Lingbovit without any hesitation to anyone .Great deals on awesome electronics .

This is the worst store to get your electronics, translators, dictionaries etc. !!! They have a non refund policy which is the stupidest thing in 21 century. Every respectful company will take your merchandise back even used. They won't accept it back even in the box, not even open!!! If you have a good product you are not afraid to accept people's returns- you will resell it to somebody you need. But they are trying to get any possible way to get rid of their product!!!
