I never thought that there might be the cheapest and poorest agencies in this country. But there is. When I started to control my minutes I found out that they are cutting my work times. Though they pay $ 0.25 per minute, they even rob payable minutes from the interpreters. There is no management at all. Monica Valdez has no positive attitude towards interpreters. She has no education on working with the interpreters at all. They promise to pay each 1st and 15th day of the month. But it is not true. Be aware of them!!!
