The company recently switched phone systems so several of my calls did not get through to the sales representative. I was somewhat irritated initially. Management needs to beta test voicemail systems to insure messages are received. The sales rep, Ben, resolved the issue and processed my request quickly.
Their service is awesome, I’ve requested a translation from cross-country, California, they are so accurate and fast. I appreciate your help Colin! Thank you!
