Turns out this was a Chinese "massage" parlor. I think I overpaid for a chick to walk on my back. I should have googled how to read their menu.
Very hard to make an appointment here. We asked for two, they told us to come in and then said there's only one person there. She was rude about it. Not Recommended due to language barrier
