We order close to 1000 tires per year from them everything was good until we file a claim for defective tires. They came inspect the tires 51 tires approved to be replaced or paid back. They never pay they never replace the tires. I don't recommend this company, WAISTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME !

Never buy Linglong tires as their quality manager looks at the issue of peeling tread but then sends too simple tire so claim is not honored. Horrible company who just do not want to accept their manufacturing defect.

Lingling crosswind tires are horrible, save your money and put it towards tires that wont wear out after 15000 miles when they are 40000 mile tires. Then the company doesnt keep their word and provide reimbursement from their "warranty". This company is a joke.

This is the subsidiary of Shandong Linglong tires, and Linglong Americas only does business with wholesalers in the U.S.. If you have any warranty claims issue, the best way is to contact the business who sold you the tire instead of Linglong Americas. In usual, wholesalers will submit a total claim to Linglong Americas on a monthly basis, and Linglong Americas definitely refunds all reasonable claims.
