In July 2008, I hired Mr. Lingle to evaluate the foundation of a house I was considering buying. I had gotten the core sample reports for the subdivision as well as the design of the foundation. Mr. Lingle measured the house and provided the foundation measurements (for future reference), a site-specific report as well as a general report on maintaining foundations. We hired Mr. Lingle to come inspect our home's foundation and provide a report with a plan of repair. We never received the report. On November 1st 2012 Mr. Lingle came to our home and inspected our foundation and took elevation measurements. We paid him $420 by credit card which included the inspection and a report with a plan of repair. He verbally confirmed we had some foundations issues and he wanted to have his plumber perform a leak test because he was suspicious of a leak.
