Horrible experience, personnel were very rude, not helpful at all and worst off, never got my refund. Returned an electrical motor because it wouldn’t hold the load. Yes, the motor was put on for 15 minutes and removed. It was returned within 4 business days. There is no return policy on the receipt and no one told me “hey, if you put this on, you can’t return the item”. The manager told me he couldn’t return my funds or at least a store credit. First and last time I come here.
