I had Amanda help me plan the renovation of my condo. She was very efficient, professional, and took the time to give me practical insights beyond the scope of the renovation. For example, she helped me determine the current value of my condo which helped me decide whether I really wanted to go through with the renovation with the proposed budget. Her background as an engineer and integrity when it comes to the numbers sets her apart from the rest in her industry.
