The gluten free options for meals were amazing! 🤤 (I've attached photos of the meals I chose) My allergies, sensory issues, and preference for vegetarian options were well catered to. I was even able to select a stroganoff pasta that contained meat, and was provided without it. I had my procedure on 17/6/24. From the moment I walked through the door to the minute I left. The staff were incredibly efficient, friendly and caring. Both the ICU and surgical ward nurses were attentive and lovely. My doctor and anethetist were superb. It was a nice surprise to walk to the pharmacy at checkout and all my medications and a checklist with instructions was waiting for me. I am very happy to recommend Lingard Private Hospital.
Daniella was truly the most incredible nurse, made me feel so comfortable staying overnight after my surgery and was always there when I needed it. All the workers were so welcoming and supportive and more than happy to help out if I needed it. Everyone put in 110% effort. Thank you Lingard ☺️
Great experience (as best you can have in hospital lol). Staff were lovely and friendly, very calm and helpful with my son before and after his surgery. Explaining everything lots of times and answering questions patiently. Clean rooms, some furnishings were dated but still all very tidy and well setup. Good fresh food (as good as hospital gets), staff went out of their way to make sure son had enough to eat and was comfortable. Quick and smooth discharge with lots of information. I cannot thank Lingard Staff enough from the Nurse in admissions / peri operative Day surgical centre RN Tash, to the anaesthetist nurse, the anaesthetist Dr Emma and Dr Chen to the most beautiful, caring and compassionate Recovery Nurse Imi and not forgetting RN Ella who facilitated my duscharge - you are beautiful and thank you ,I thank you all for the outstanding care received at Lingard Hospital on 12/6/26 -first patient on day surgery list.
