Just had overnight stay. Nurses Michelle and Clare were wonderful. Meals nice. Communication great. Can recommend
All the staff, admin staff, nurses and the Doctors were extremely attentive, caring, and highly professional. I felt totally safe and cared for.
I was booked in for day surgery at 1.15 pm but didn’t get called in until 4. This added to the stress and anxiety. The nurses and surgeons were kind and helpful, thank goodness. I had to stay overnight and the wait for a room took until about 11 pm. I was looked after well though my husband wasn’t allowed in by the security guard to see me with spare clothes. The food was awful as I was just served tinned spaghetti for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch despite filling out a menu. There was a beautiful housekeeper who brough... read more
