I have just spent three weeks in Lingard Hospital, 1 week post surgery and 2 weeks in rehab. I can't speak too highly of the staff n both situations. Everyone was unfailingly helpful, thoughtful and attentive at every stage of my recovery. Physiotherapists, nursing staff, catering staff, cleaners and all ancillary workers were equally helpful and pleasant.
Thank you to all the nurses that helped out with my post-op care after my breast reduction. You made me feel well looked after. So much that I didn’t want to leave! The beds are surprisingly comfortable and so are the pillows. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Discharged today after what was supposed to be an overnight stay. My nurses in ICU, Charlie and Fran were wonderful. In S2, Keisha and Connor were great. Nothing was a problem, always up for a quick chat. Keisha even stayed with me for a few minutes until I'd calmed down from a panic attack.
Both times i stayed here over night i had a nurse called Jess and she was magnificent! She went above and beyond the service i could of expected to get here. On my first visit here she made the doctors understand the pain and discomfort i had so that i could get proper pain relief. On my second visit her bedside manners were exceptional she made sure i had everything i needed for my stay, gave me good advice in regards to my treatment and was genuinely friendly and attentive! Room was clean and the day nurses were excellent. Hannah my nurse was caring and knew her job. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is first night after major surgery the nurses didn't realise they had my pain killer med tube crimped, so each time I pressed for pain nothing happened just an alarm keeping me awake all night, 5 nurses tried to work it out why I wasn't getting pain relief but Hannah picked up on it straight away.
