My husband and I came to this restaurant for our 39th Wedding Anniversary. There was also a live Lucy Darling show that evening at this casino location. We knew this could get busy so we went early apprx 4pm. We like to dine rather than eat, so we wanted drinks and appetizers first, then order dinner after that. It was not busy when we arrived. One of my favorite places to eat everything is so good but the window service is always the worst. No one is ever around around. You can't call and place an order to go either they tell you to go to the window. Disappointing when this place used to be great. The menu is also reduced at the window, only has a few things which is also disappointing. It was reduced again recently and not worth standing in line for expensive fried rice.
Wait time for a table was more than 30 minutes, so I decided to get some food to go. Waited a good 20 minutes while being told more than 2 times we will be right with you. Lady from back came and took my order, stated we make food to order so give us 20 min, that was fine. Came back to pick up my food and it was not even Luke warm. Ordered fried rice, received white rice partially fried with green onions and burned chicken thrown on top. Would not recommend.
