Probably the worst customer service I've experienced from a Gila river casino property. Server needs way more training. Zero communication from the host. Extremely disappointed. Do yourself a favor and drive over to Honey and Vine and have a nice meal with actual customer service.
We had charisse as a server. She was polite, courteous and very professional! Thank you for the great service and excellent food.
I’ve LOVED the Scottsdale location for years so I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this one. Came in from the hotel pool for take out and immediately upon approaching the takeout window I wasn’t even greeted by the woman - just told I can’t be seated in what I’m wearing. I was getting take out…. Two seconds later security approached me with the same thing so I left to my room and placed an order online. My husband then went down to pick up.
