4/20/2026 UPDATE: After waiting for a very long time for the billing department to get back to me, they essentially said that since the fraudulent charge didn't go to me directly, and went to the insurance company, that it doesn't matter. (the previous statement was extrapolated from the conversation with the billing employee; not a direct quote). Dr. Lang is very empathetic and caring. She gives me the time needed to express myself and takes time to explain herself to me. Very professional .
Very frustrating experience to make an appt. Spent more than 1 hour with people seemingly very helpful, but kept giving wrong info. Not worth the mediocre overall experience either
