I saw Dr.Ling on two occasions over the years. The first was to find out why I had made several trips to the hospital in pain. She found I had a condition called Adenomyosis, which I had never heard of prior to our appointment. When I tried to ask questions about the condition I was brushed off or blatantly lied to just to end the video chat. This place cannot be real, and if it is, it’s impossible to have more than 1 person working all the jobs. No one ever picked up, calls back, sends you proper information. I’ve never once heard a real voice coming from this establishment. Always robotic, and always no answer.
Its a nice place to get blood work done
Dr. Constance Ling was fantastic. I only came in for a single brief appointment, which was not related to pregnancy if that's the feedback you're looking for. She was polite, kind, professional, open to questions, and made me feel comfortable. She asked if I was ready before diving in, and told me what she was doing, as she was doing it. She was quick, and I had minimal discomfort.
