We used Linework to remodel our house in 2017. The project was done on time (taking into account change orders made on our side) and on budget (again taking into account change orders made on our side), and overall I like the quality of work Eric and his team made. There were some punchlist items, but Eric was responsive in addressing all of them. Eric is a creative designer and came up with some great modern elements that fit our Georgian Colonial theme. I definitely recommend Linework as your Design and Builder.

Eric and his team did an amazing job on my mother's ADU. It's functional and beautiful. Everything came out better than we could have imagined. Every visitor that has viewed her new home has always commented on how perfect and impressive it is. We have recommend Eric and his team to everyone we know that is looking to improve their home.

Eric's quote was the highest cost of all the quotes we received but we decided to go with him (LineWork) because he seemed to know what he was talking about, he was engaging, and we thought it would be a good working relationship. Once we singed the contract, paid and the work began, that's when we knew we made a huge mistake. If you like excuses, missed deadlines, POOR communication, and not getting what you were promised then go with Eric. What a 180 degree turn from the person we initially met.
