Eric was referred to us by my real estate agent who had high regards for him. The project went smooth, and he kindly held our hand the whole way as we had no clue what we were doing. Fast-forward two years, we notice a few things that need to be fixed, and he was kind enough to back up his work and come help us fix the problem. Would recommend anytime.

We used Linework to remodel our house in 2017. The project was done on time (taking into account change orders made on our side) and on budget (again taking into account change orders made on our side), and overall I like the quality of work Eric and his team made. There were some punchlist items, but Eric was responsive in addressing all of them. Eric is a creative designer and came up with some great modern elements that fit our Georgian Colonial theme. I definitely recommend Linework as your Design and Builder.
