Every person I interacted with at the liner specialists was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. They were quick to answer all questions and the entire process was seamless. The actual install was way faster than anticipated. I highly recommend using them to replace an above ground liner, wish we did it sooner!
We were told our pool liner would be installed by Memorial Day, but it wasn’t actually completed until July 11—a delay of nearly seven weeks. What made this even more frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the process. We were rarely given updates, and it was difficult to get clear answers on when the job would actually be done.
