Our pool was in rough shape, it needed new liner and steps. Frank and everyone involved were professional, courteous of the property, patient with my nosy kids 😆 and worked extremely hard. We had a surprise plumbing issue which was taken care of seamlessly. I would 💯 recommend these guys.
Bad bad bad, stay away from this company. They came to fix a leaky pool, damaged my sprinkler system and charged me a hefty bill without owning any action on the damage. After the initial pool pressure test they also left the pump on while there was a low water level which is ridiculous as this is pool repair 101, when I confronted them about they said it is not true (little did they expect that I showed them their actions on the cameras). The Liner Specialists did a very nice job in the conversion of my fiberglass in - ground pool to a liner. Both the installation staff as well as the office staff were very courteous and professional. A pleasure to work with. The pool looks great!
This is the second time hired for our pool. The previous owner installed the pool and I replaced the liner. Work done in a day with a revisit for final touches. Only thing that took long was the scheduling waiting for the liner to arrive according to the office. Im happy with my new liner.
