Do not do business with them. Unreputable business and people. Do not return calls or texts. Do not follow through on their word Unreliable and unqualified. Look up all of the lwasuits and their own internal legal issues.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. They gave me the run around for a whole summer to change my pool liner. Finally changed it the next summer. Left tons of wrinkles in it. Didn’t properly install my pool light. Complete disaster now I’m stuck paying another company for a new liner and install. Consider yourself warned
Chris has been awesome to work with. We had our pool liner replaced and he has always been on top of communication with me. Within a week our pool was drained, liner was replaced and water refilled. Chris also took care of our pool closing. We are going to have him service our pool from now on because he has been beyond great to work with. He is professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. Thank you Chris!!
Took deposits got liner last January, finally after many calls and text liner was installed in august last year, this year in June liner is falling off a track-I been asking them to fix it but all I got that they are too busy to fix it- worst service ever!!!!!!!
They sent one person to replace liner, and not only did they leave a portion of the liner slipping off, but they didn't test our lightbulb or let us know that it was broken. Since then we have bought a fresh bulb, but employee Chris has been entirely unresponsive for at least two weeks. This is after telling us to let him know about a new bulb so it could be replaced.
