Replaced a liner. Apparently did not cut to size. Spent the last few years with more and more of our liner pulling out. My beautiful pool looks like the slums. The shrinking liner pulled out our coping and left us with THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. Thank God for Swimco. They came out and fixed all the damage created by this company. It really is not worth trying to save a few bucks. Should have gone with Swimco replacement the first time. Definitely would NOT recommend them. Do not do business with them. Unreputable business and people. Do not return calls or texts. Do not follow through on their word Unreliable and unqualified. Look up all of the lwasuits and their own internal legal issues.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. They gave me the run around for a whole summer to change my pool liner. Finally changed it the next summer. Left tons of wrinkles in it. Didn’t properly install my pool light. Complete disaster now I’m stuck paying another company for a new liner and install. Consider yourself warned
Chris has been awesome to work with. We had our pool liner replaced and he has always been on top of communication with me. Within a week our pool was drained, liner was replaced and water refilled. Chris also took care of our pool closing. We are going to have him service our pool from now on because he has been beyond great to work with. He is professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. Thank you Chris!!
