Super nice experience. Loved the owner, was very helpful last minute with my event. Great prices and great customer service!
MOST STRESSFUL PART OF MY WEDDING BECAUSE THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS WAS GIVEN OUT AND ORDER WASN'T PLACED. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MADE IT OUT TO BE MY FAULT. I WAS STUCK LAYING OUT MY LINENS AND SETTING UP THE WHOLE RECEPTION ON MY WEDDING DAY BECAUSE THE LINEN DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 8PM ON REHEARSAL NIGHT. EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR A COORDINATOR THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO SET EVERYTHING UP FOR ME, I COULDN'T MAKE HER SET EVERYTHING UP ON HER OWN THE DAY OF THE WEDDING WHEN SHE HAS LOTS MORE ON HER PLATE.
