Called for a plumber, got a machine... it was 2 pm on a Tuesday so not a weird time. 24 hours later and still haven't received a call back. I no longer need a plumber, but if you're looking for one who will at least give you the courtesy of returning a phone call & saying "Hey, sorry I'm too busy, call another plumber" ... I'd try someone else. I only gave 3 stars, because I know nothing about their actual service just the lack of customer service or basic common decency.

We have used this company consistently for over seven years. They are always on time. They call back when you leave a message. They answer their phones. They communicate in details about issues and resolution. Their bill has never given us sticker-shock because they are EXTREMELY close to estimates. They are licensed. Honestly, we would go without water before we’d depend on anyone else. However, with Linenberger Plumbing, we would not have to wait in an emergency situation because they show up when you call.
