It was great when it was Revolution Laundromat. Still better than other laundromats but not as great as it used to be. Whenever management/ownership changed it went downhill a bit (not 100% substandard but not at the level that it was when it was Revolution Laundromat). - ****Customer service**** is overall very poor, which is so disheartening. Clean and well maintained, and plenty of machines. At first, I was happy that it was close by and prices were reasonable. But prices did increase soon after the location opened which is disappointing. And I have had 3 issues with my clothes coming out of the wash with: gum, ink stain and torn fabric. For these reasons, I quit going to this laundromat.
I will never go back. Not large family friendly. They only want single households to use their laundry mat. Old workers were amazing, sweet, and helpful. The two New workers are on a power kick. I came on a Tuesday at 1:00pm in the summer of Texas when almost no one was there. It was very empty. I have 4 carts full of laundry and this new employee states “you are only allowed one cart” and points to a sign. OMG this place is awesome (my first time). It is clean and comfy and I had spoken to 2 staff members 1 young lady (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful explaining everything here and CeCe is the manager and she's just professional and friendly. There is an app you can download to pay directly from your card to start the washer/dryer or add more time. I used the big big washer (took 3 loads at once) only $9 for like 30 min and the dryer is .25¢ (also the mega size dryer, I added 40 min and it cost less than $2)Y'all gott... read more
Very clean. Super nice young man helped me and explained how to get a card and start my washer. Awesome prices with promotions and discounts. Free dry on certain days
