Today was my 1st visit to Linen Fresh Laundromat. It was a challenge for me, as i'm a senior + use a Walker. However, Felicia made it such a pleasant experience by being so helpful, patient & kind. Plus the laundromat was clean & offered plenty of machines + folding tables. A special "Thank You" to Felicia for making my 1st experience so easy!
Update; they now have hot water. This used to be my favorite place to do my laundry. Not any more! I went and used one of their machines through oil all over my nrw pj's! I told the assistant and she handed me a tablet and pen so I wrote my name and phone #, 3 days later and nobody has called! I brought my clthes home sprayed them with dawn. This laundromat is clean and the staff is wonderful! Felicia provides some of the best customer service I have seen/experienced in Tucson. Today, I saw a few guests needing assistance with learning about their awesome coinless system. Felicia was so incredibly patient and helpful - even with guests who had multiple questions.
