Clean but the staff turned my dryer to high when i put it on low to not ruin my uniform
TOO HOT!!!!🥵 I’ve been coming here for about seven months, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The washers work great, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The dryers usually get the job done, although it sometimes takes a couple of cycles to get clothes completely dry. My biggest concern is the temperature inside the laundromat. Worse customer service ever! They would not brake a $20.00 for me so I could give it right back to them into their machines. Even know their bill breaking machine was out of order. They told me to "walk over to Sprouts and ask them to break my bill". I go here every weekend and have used thier drop and fold service numerous times. You lost a good, loyal customer for ever.
Won’t break bigger bills even though their change machine is broken. Was kinda rude about it too.
