The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Despite the staff attempt to appear caring toward customers, the only thing they care about is your money. I put an order on Dec. 8 which was supposed to be available for pick up before Christmas, which by the way didn’t arrive until Dec 31st. I have had the absolute worst experience here. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I purchased a recliner for my baby’s nursery on Black Friday as I had been waiting for the sales. I had one picked out online from another store (that was on sale on Black Friday as well), but came into the Newmarket linen chest in hopes of trying chairs in person.
