Store staff friendly and helpful. I was asked if I needed help and after explaining what I was looking for the item was located for me very quickly.

Not impressed. Spent about $40 on this umbrella. Opened the box and the tip was already worn. Then, within moments of opening it, the plastic closure/button piece broke. Cheap materials and poor construction. For the prices Linen Chest charges on other items, this was disappointing.
Always a positive experience! Helpful friendly staff that are knowledgeable. And best of all… it’s Canadian…shop Canadian! Its a great store with great product options and reasonable prices.
