Not impressed. Spent about $40 on this umbrella. Opened the box and the tip was already worn. Then, within moments of opening it, the plastic closure/button piece broke. Cheap materials and poor construction. For the prices Linen Chest charges on other items, this was disappointing.
Always a positive experience! Helpful friendly staff that are knowledgeable. And best of all… it’s Canadian…shop Canadian! Its a great store with great product options and reasonable prices.
Finally found what I needed at a great price.
We had the best experience with Denise with our new coffee maker. The coffee maker was not available at the time of purchase and was supposed to be in store a few weeks after however, the company had several delays. The delays were beyond Denises capability and were very frustrating for both of us. She offered to refund or find another unit but we wanted to wait. I ordered a platter on line and had to buy 4. They all arrived broken. The other platter I ordered, I had to buy 2, and they didn’t arrive, instead I received 2 plates. No big deal I will report the damage and incorrect item… only you can’t talk to a person only a robot. The only solution it gave was to return the order to a store, only the closest store is 45 mins away and they only have the platters I want on line.
