I purchased a coffee grinder two months ago and it started smoking from the base. I tried to return it and was told I could only do this when the manager was in tomorrow after 12. Very disappointed with Linen Chest’s return policy. I understand the item had been lightly used, but many other retailers are much more flexible and willing to work with customers when an item is in excellent condition. Instead, Linen Chest has an extremely strict policy with no flexibility or consideration for customer satisfaction. Policies like this make me hesitant to shop here again.
