The staff are pleasant. Recently, I have purchased a number of items from them , including curtains, duvet cover, etc. That being said, it is obvious that the sales staff are on commission and I felt pressure to buy and the disappointment from staff when I did not buy or like their suggested products. Linen Chest offers great variety of home and kitchen accessories from coffee machines, dinnerware, cutlery, baking equipment to bathroom mats, towels, curtains to beddings, sheets, pillows, and decorative items, etc. I have always loved their products and how colourful they are. Didn’t greet my mom and I when we were in the store. Another lady (white) walked in and was greeted immediately. Poor customer service.
