Don't know what all these negative reviews are about but the ladies working there are all pleasant despite the short staffing of the day. Diana was amazing - she's so friendly, amazing customer service and fun to talk to. And also very knowledgable. Appreciate it and it's always a pleasant experience at this location. They work very hard for the amount of customers they get on a Sunday. We will definitely be back!
Diana is incredible and top notch custom satisfaction. My fiance and I were happily taken care of with all kt our questions. Very clean and organized store too.
I recently purchased two recliners online. Nowhere does it say they don’t deliver to apartment doors! They expect you to lug heavy chairs yourself to your door. I have a bad back and live at the end of a very long hallway. The delivery driver advised to refuse delivery which we did. Their stupid AI bot told me I would have to go in store for a refund. Although I called the store to advise that my daughter would be picking up my online order, as She is five minutes away, I am at least 35 minutes away, have mobility issues and a husband on oxygen who cannot be left alone, the store associate was not helpful on pick up, apparently no note had been placed on the order, and I had to send a copy of my driver's license as proof of purchasing. Maybe the website should have an option to designate/advise that another person would be picking up the order. Works for Canadian Tire!!! ... read more
