Really happy with their service. We made an error and ordered the wrong size belt. They've been great, and worked with us. Will be happy to shop here again.
I bought 2 pairs of gloves from them. Very happy with the gloves but the box they shipped the gloves in could have fit a tool apron in. I look at the receipt, minus the cost of the gloves shipping was around 25$ between New York to Michigan. Hopefully they ship their next glove order in a padded envelope!!!

Ordered 2 adapters for nutrunner socket, paid extra for rush delivery (2 day). It got lost somewhere in transit and mike who works here says they won't refund or send out replacements that i gotta talk to ups and uos won't talk to anyone except the shipper aka lineman supply. Horrible customer service and the guy mike is a useless dick
I have spent a lot of money here, and I ordered a tool board from them and they didn’t notify me it was back ordered. I spent 30 dollars for 3 day shopping they promised to over night it once they got it. They didn’t over night it. Customer service was terrible i got hung up on today, I’ll never buy another thing from them again. Almost a month later I’m finally going to get it. Far west and J Harlen here I come.

We made a shipping error which was verified by the manufacturer as being a mistake on their end. We acknowledged the error, and offered free expedited shipping to rectify our mistake. At no time were we dishonest. We made every attempt to get this customer the correct item which he had paid for, but he chose to be disgruntled and belittle us with foul language.
I like going there. The staff are super awesome. They are so accommodating and they always have the coolest new line tools. I can’t wait to tour Buckingham down the road.
Ryan and his manager went above and beyond to find me the harness I needed. They took the time to listen to what I needed and came up with multiple options for a harness they don’t typical carry on hand. Amazing customer service!!!! I would recommended them to anyone looking for lineman or harborist gear.
