The staff there is very friendly and the vet is friendly. The issue I had with them was with their boarding service. My dog got his Bordetella vax from Lineberger. A few days later he stayed at Lineberger daycare for a temperament eval and got bordatella from that visit. They then charged me over $300 for treatment. No discount and barely an apology other than "these things happen." My dogs haven't been back since.
Doctor Lineberger has a great love of animals so I had no hesitation to have him operate on my Golden Doodle. After the surgery, he called to let me know everything went fine and what time me to pick her up. Just another kindness provided by his hospital. Some people are just suited for their chosen profession, he is one of those. Thank you for all you do!
