Dr. Matt Lineberger is the best orthodontist in the whole greater Charlotte area. He was more knowledgeable than other of the five I interviewed this past year. I have had the best dental work money can buy (in my home state of CA) and it was difficult finding that level of expertise since I moved here. I was treated promptly and respectably by the entire staff at the Huntersville office. Thank you Dr. Matt!
So pleased with the experience so far, from initial visit to the quote and payment process and now receiving my Invisalign trays. The scanning technique to save time from having to visit is mind blowing. Where was this when my son was in it?!
Everyone was so welcoming ! From the moment I walked in the office I felt love in the atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly, like I had been there a million times. Bonnie was an awesome TC ! We have been patients here for 6 years. Both of my daughters have received braces, and we have been pleased until recently. My daughter's retainer broke last Tuesday, and I have been calling them since last Wednesday and have left 3 messages, none of which have been returned. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The phone just rings and then goes to voicemail. I even had another location to transfer me there, and still, there is no answer. This is insane, and I will be filing a complaint.
