This firm will call you multiple times a day, Every Day. Best thing is to call their number and demand that they stop. They are calling my number looking for a member of my family that no longer lives with me despite the fact that I have been telling them for months that they no longer live here. Assume the constant calls were to harass me into provide the persons new phone number. SCUM..........TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING YOU.................
Big scam artists. Said I owe a ticket. Looked all over travis county no sign of ticket. Do not respond to these folks.
This Company its a joke. Full of rude incompetent employees. They live you on the line hoping that you hang up or they hang up on you. When they call you they threaten you and curse at you. Someone needs to put them out of business. On top of you calling to solve the matter they mislead you and ask clients for their last 3 months banks statements, paystubs and I felt like I was being scammed.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY SENT A FRADULENT LETTER TO OUR HOME, AND IT IS RIFE WITH ERRORS, STARTING WITH HIS DRIVER LICENSE INFORMATION. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM, AND PLEASE JOIN US IN REPORTING THEM TO THE AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ALL PROPER CHANELS. WE WILL PURSUE ALL COURSES OF ACTION AGAINST THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
