These people are horrible. They get mad at you because you can’t pay the debt. Like, if I could pay, I wouldn’t be in debt. Then you have the audacity to get upset. Girl, bye. Y’all are so nasty and so rude. It’s not my fault that’s what you picked for your job. Maybe do better.
Harassing me about a parking ticket I received for a spot I 100% paid for. Sent them receipts and dispute email for proof and still getting letters.
WORST PLACE EVER! The representative named Kaylor or Kayla Randall was not helpful at all. Every time I called she would say anything to get me off the phone. I spoke with her on March 2nd and asked for a payoff statement, she stated that she could send it in the mail and I still do not have a letter 3 weeks later. I paid for parking and received a ticket before my time was up that I paid for. I disputed the ticket according to their policy and procedure the day after. I sent them my paid receipt and proof of purchase in my dispute. That was November 2023. Fast forward to today, March 2024, and I have received TWO letters from this establishment saying that I owe them $73 for a parking violation despite parking correctly and paying for it correctly FOUR MONTHS AGO.
