I had called multiple times trying to make a payment over the phone the following month. Once I had a day off and more interested in having incurred I went and paid in full. I then found out that I could have paid at another office and made my payment over the phone with a card. The receptionist informed me of this information.
They were difficult to get a hold of, rude and at the end of the day I felt all they cared about was money. The county made a mistake on my address that they admitted was a common issue. This firm could care less and forced me to pay over $800 as a file fee that probably took them 10 minutes.
