I’ve been to this location a few times. Never really any problems. Except, the night yard joker must have never been taught how to talk to people. Maybe he thinks he’s my wife? Good manners cost nothing. Bad manners are a reflection on your parents. Other than that joker everyone else is professional and pleasant. One of the better lineage facilities.
We were late for a pickup, but were still load in 2 hours.

Use the left entrance and make your way around the building and park in the huge staging area where the sign points to. When checking in make sure you have your driver license and DOT number. Once you get a call you’ll head to whatever door and wait to get loaded. There were many people in the staging area when I first arrived, but trucks were getting called left and right to get doors.
