I came here for a pickup and had a very good experience. You can check in either by calling the phone number or by scanning the QR code. I used the QR code, and the registration process was quick and easy. There is a very large staging and parking area behind the building. It looks like there is plenty of room, so even if you arrive at night, you should be able to park and wait there until your appointment. Overall, this is a good facility. Good place to go into.They are quick about getting unloaded never had any problems in here, but don't be late. I've heard they charge you.

I arrived with my reefer at -10 before loading me they shut it off. After being loaded they made me wait till it got back to -10. I have gone to 1000s of places to load never have they shut the reefer off to load. I thinking maybe the forklift driver/loader was cold and this is reason for shutting down the reefer.

2 stars only because they have a massive overnight lot behind building. They move at an extremely slow pace. All old guys just moving at turtle pace. I checked in at 7am for 1130am appointment for 3 pallets. “We can’t load you any sooner” says the old timer on his 8th cigarette break”
