Great example of class act
Appointment at 9:00 AM. We finished at 11:24 AM. Pre-cool the reefer before arrival — the lady gets nervous in the morning. She seems like she doesn't enjoy her job — not rude, but not friendly either. Do NOT ask her if the doors are open — she doesn't like being questioned.
The lady with the glasses working the window is the absolute rudest person I've ever encountered at any Lineage facility.
