Just delivered 2 hrs to unload so no problems
Desk clerk had a careless attitude. I had a 7am appointment. I arrived at 6am so I wouldn't be late. At 7am Desk clerk initially told me that they had no appointment time for me. Then looked further and found my load. Then she tells me they have a 7am office meeting and she'd call me when they were ready to put me in a door. I felt like an inconvenience to them and I felt like I was put on a back burner until they felt like getting around to me.
They’re awesome!!!!!
I was 2 hours late for my appointment, they charged me $268, I finished downloading after 8 hours of bad work 👎👎
