I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of the check-in guards at Lineage. Their conduct toward drivers is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. They often communicate in a rude and disrespectful manner. Furthermore, if a driver disagrees with them or attempts to explain their situation, the guards respond with threats, such as banning the driver’s company, permanently restricting entry to the facility, or canceling the driver’s load. I would like to share a concern about the check-in guards at Lineage. The way they communicate with drivers is very unprofessional. Especially the two individuals working during the night shift, who often speak in a rude and disrespectful manner. At times, their behavior feels discriminatory. Walmart management should take this issue seriously and look into it. This situation is disappointing, and improvement is needed.
Very bad experience here.. all employees means all of them a to z all mad always rude behavior no one responsible unprofessional . Don’t forget your door number they tell u just one time .if you forget you ask them they mad with you…
The people who work here are very pleasant As for getting in to the door can be very hard. It can be very tight. But it can be done. If you are lucky you can get the door with the spot beside you is clear. Then it won't be as hard.
Vest nazis. I'm guessing there was some lawsuit tied to the obsessive insistence that everyone wear a vest. If you're picking up a drop and hook I'd recommend calling the number to make sure it's ready before you show up. Eden after I called up And they said it was ready I'm forced to wait even longer because they're doing the paper work... this was supposed to be ready 2.5 hours ago. They don't allow you to park on site, there's not any free, legal parking near. You can try the street but I've heard they will ticket you.
