I work for a meat company and was dropping off stuff here. I docked, open the back of my door, and lower down the ramp. Didn't see a pallet jack nearby, so I ask a worker driving with one there if they can unload my stuff. They call me in the office and want to charge me 100 dollar for that 7 pallet I mean 8 since one of them is double stacked and they only took about 3-4minute to unload. Checked in 1 hour early left 8 hours later. Loaded there 2 times, the first time was not that bad only waited 6 hours. What a joke
i hope i can give -0 star check in 8:00 am at appointment time waiting on docks till 1:20 still not complete yet worst place i ever see
