It's Big Scan they don't give appointment time. They send information. Then when you go to pick up the load then they say you are late so there will be late fee. $260 I have been at the door for 5 hours but they have not completed the load.
stock up on food, water and patience it will take a very long time 1 tank on the reefer should be full. but you have to wait a very very long time. scheduled for 1 reserved I got the door at 12 at 2 8 still here waiting for documents
I have been waiting for the last 10 hours, I will never come again
They say they called me 8 minutes after I checked in to let me know my paperwork was completed. There was no call. I'm patient so I waited a long time. Then I was told "You better not try to get detention." These people are up here playing games. I get being miserable at work, but I never try to bring people into my own misery. That's just demonic. Sadly some people embrace that sort of thing. All you can do is shrug it off, praise God and make it to the next place safe.
So it’s true — they do everything very slowly here. I arrived at 8:00 AM, my appointment was at 10:00 AM, I was loaded at 12:00 PM, and the paperwork was ready at 1:40 PM
