Claudio was very rude and disrespectful.
I arrive to pick up a dropping hook. Plenty of room to maneuver trailer was ready. Unfortunately, a little bit lopsided. Came back to get it reworked and lady at the check. Encounter Zoey was absolutely amazing. Very friendly when spoke to somebody got me on a door right away. Getting reworked now hopefully won't take long Zoey Thank you very much for your professionalism. I greatly appreciate you.
Took 4 hours after my appointment to get loaded. They did let me park there to finish my break.
