Amazing drop-in experience with Lineage. Very spacious gym with great programming and equipment. Andy was very welcoming and the other members were friendly and inviting. Highly recommend checking this place out for your next workout!
I dropped in here a couple of times while on vacation. Inviting members and good coaching/staff and programming. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
My CrossFit experience at Lineage has been some of the best years of personal progress in life. But what I’ve learned the most from the coaches aside from technique, staying safe while working out, advice on nutrition, which are all important. Is that consistency in the key. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life! I’ve been going for about 4 months now and I’ve never felt stronger or more confident and know that I will continue to improve. All thanks to the expert coaching and support from the Lineage team. They are truly wonderful people. Can’t recommend enough!!
