My personal experience at Lineage CrossFit has been about so much more than losing weight, or getting stronger or finishing a workout. It’s been about the people, the friendships, the struggles, the laughs (our 6:15pm crew are experts with this), and feeling of being part of a community that keeps me coming back. Lineage CrossFit is hands down the best gym around! The coaches are absolutely amazing—they bring so much energy, expertise, and genuine support to every single workout. It’s truly thanks to the owner, Andy, he is an exceptional leader. On top of that, the athletes who make up the Lineage family are incredible. It’s such a welcoming community where everyone cheers each other on. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to work out and feel right at home.
I'm 55 and I go to Lineage CrossFit four days a week as advised (Monday thru Thursday specifically). I feel it meets my needs because there are many coaches keeping eyes on me. And it has definitely helped me as I've aged, so I'll stick with my 4 days a week.
Great people, good group have all been supportive of making a better me. Feels like family with an individualism to it. I am a hemographic stroke warrior 1% improved every week is awesome!!! 🙂🙂🙂
