I have been trying to contact this property for almost a year and I'm sad to see there's still no leasing agents to respond to emails or questions or anything. How does a person schedule a tour, why are there no agents to speak to? Why give a texting number when you don't intend to reply to prospective residents? Whatever happened to my application and place on the waitlist? Who runs this show?
I have lived at Lineage since April 2021. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager Crystal to maintenance team have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. Every team members are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean.
I have been trying to contact the property for almost a year now regarding my application and waitlist, however, it is impossible to reach someone. I have sent emails, texts, and called and nobody has reached back out to me.
I am having difficulty contacting someone with this apartment whether it be the leasing office directly or the building management company. Can someone please explain how one can contact someone here? Their phone numbers does not connect me to speak to anyone. Thank you
