The wait could be a little longer if you don't have twic card but once they escort you the loading is really fast

As a Canadian pickup at ports is a real headache. Office staff at this location are very nice but loaders are very rude typical how they treat Canadian drivers currently over 5 hrs getting loaded with glass . My escort driver was very nice though
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean yard and easy processing.
