The people in management are great. They really care and work with you. The only problem is with the Temps they get in mostly. A lot of the Temps need training. In efficiency and process. And care about what they are doing and show full effort.. If one could get the Temps in training of 5s. Kaizan..ergonomics..And other things.. to get them to think about the next person in line.
