As a Canadian pickup at ports is a real headache. Office staff at this location are very nice but loaders are very rude typical how they treat Canadian drivers currently over 5 hrs getting loaded with glass . My escort driver was very nice though

Good experience overall, in and out no problems
They stole my straps they asked me to give them 4 which they used 4 and said it’s inside found out they took them after I delivered it . Tried to report it someone hung up on me. By the way they didn’t use my new straps they change it with old ones. Strap scumers. They charge 36 dollars for a strap and ask you to provide 4 straps if they don’t have they won’t load you.
