The absolute WORST ESTABLISHMENT TO DEAL WITH! Purchased a brand new truck from ford brought it to line x - Rita the owner kept it over night because the back of our hard top needed a strip which she returned to ford and couldn’t pick up that day! I pick my truck up he next day fully damaged! It took me a week to get a hold of Rita ( unprofessional, rude, hangs up on you multiple times) she keeps putting me off to fix the damage and gets an auto body shop of someone she knows to fix it! Just had my third liner done at Line-X Hamilton today and as always the team did an amazing job. Thanks once again to Rita and the team!
The Spray technician was an absolute beauty. He was willing to help me take my cap off my truck and put it back on in order to spray the bed with line x. Cody is an absolute master at what he does and he proved that by getting the bed liner sprayed an hour quicker than they originally said it would take. Thanks Cody and the rest of the team at Line X for helping me out! Would 100% recommend. (This guy needs a raise )
