Inquired about a spray in liner and got it done the next day. Ray was helpful and answered any questions I had. They did an excellent job, and made the small hole I had in the truck bed almost unnoticeable. Thanks guys!
I am giving this place 2 stars because upon my initial install visit they were very nice and installed my bed cover in a timely manner. However, after about 4 months after the install the rubber seals on the side started to lift. When I went back to them to get it fixed and check on the warranty they could not find any paperwork on me spending over $1200 with them and would not warranty the work. I purchased a Realtruck Under Cover Tonneau cover. The initial contact, ordering, installation and service was great!
I bought a tonneau cover from them over two years ago and it was showing some signs of wear and tear. I just wanted to ask questions about how to make a repair and Ray offered to take a look at it. Turns out that it was still under warranty and Ray made sure to get everything taken care of. These guys are super professional. Great customer service. And excellent quality with everything they do.
