Only reason for the 3 star is because the man I left my brand new jeep with had a hard time looking up from his cell phone to help me. Gave me No documentation that I left it there and made me feel like I was bothering him. The dark hair Lady just looked on. Came back to bring my jeep for adjustment that was explained to me nicely by a professional but again the guy I talked to again was not a good representative of your company or The Ford Dealership.
